New Students

New Students:

  • Please be on time
  • If it is your first time at our studio please arrive 10 minutes early.
  • Turn cell phones to silent or off.
  • Shirts Required!
  • Men must wear at least a tank top.

Practice Guidelines:

  • Arrive 10 minutes early to any class that fits your schedule.
  • Dress comfortably( be prepared for a workout). We have changing facilities on the premises.
  • No pre-registration required.
  • Try not to eat 2 hours before class.
  • Bring a mat, towel and water. We have mats, towels and water for $1 each.
  • We recommend you start with any Beginning Hot Yoga Classes.
